Direct Deposit

Employees are eligible for direct deposit immediately.  We encourage the employees to utilize this feature to expedite their paycheck and to lesson any distractions from the workday.

Holiday

Employees receive holiday pay (8 hours) by working 960 hours in a 26-week increment and working 20 hours the week of the holiday.

Vacation

Proper vacation is crucial to providing a fair and relaxed environment for your employees.  This is why with Avail Search Group, employees receive vacation pay (40 hours) by working 1500 hours in a 52-week increment.
