Contract Hire employees provide the flexibility for your staff when the workload either becomes too heavy or you have a temporary vacancy with your staff.  Short-term staffing provides a skilled, flexible work force dedicated to a special project or a special assignment of limited duration.  Long-term staffing provides skilled, flexible work force for long-term or open-ended assignments. 

Contract employees are hired for a special project until completion.  This type of position has a very specific skill set.  Customized recruiting is required because of the uniqueness of the project.  Usually this type of position has a designated start and end date.  Client has the option of offering the candidate full time employment after the project assignment has been completed.
